About Us
The Lancer Feed is the online news site for Lafayette High School in Wildwood, Missouri. It is part of the Student Publications program which also includes the Image newsmagazine, Legend yearbook and @thelancerfeed social media. The publications are produced by the News Production, Yearbook Production and Digital Media Production classes at Lafayette High School.
Official Rockwood student-produced media have been established by both policy and practice as designated public forums for student editors to inform and educate their readers as well as for the discussion of issues of concern to their audience.
Publications are not subject to prior review or restraint by school officials prior to publication and the content of all Rockwood student publications is determined by and reflects only the views of the student staff and not school officials or the school itself. Student editors and responsible student staff members assume all legal and financial liability for the publication.
