Quieter than a Ninja
Preschool students visit the library for an hour of Ninja activities.
While librarian Nichole Ballard-Long reads books to the students, they sit in their preschooler area and listen.
On Feb. 7, the Early Childhood Education Center spent part of their day in the library to sharpen their Ninja skills. The preschoolers read three stories with a “Ninja twist”, and then went to warm up their skills with a tutorial video. Once they were ready, they went around the fiction area of the library to search for special Ninja Eggs.
