Special Olympics offers new opportunities
On April 26, hundreds of volunteers gathered to help in the Special Olympics held at LHS. The mission of Special Olympics is to “provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities”. This video gives an overview of the event, including interviews with students and staff.
