At the 2022 Madrigal Dinner, Class of 2022 Graduate Caleb Bolton performs as a part of the Royal Court. This dinner is an ongoing tradition occurring every other year during December. The next event will be in 2026.

Lancers fly to Victory over the Flyers

Running out of the backfield, senior running back Greg Robinson gains a few yards for the Lancers. Lafayette beat Lindbergh in a high scoring 42-28 game, Oct. 18.

Junior wide receiver Terance Bills caught his third touchdown of the night to power Lafayette to a 42-28 win over Lindbergh, Friday Oct 18. Bills had a standout game with 90-yards from 5 catches, along with three receiving touchdowns, according to the St. Louis Dispatch.  
This win for the Lancers comes after a tough loss to the Wildcats last week, 30-15. Lafayette is now 7-1 heading into their last game of the season, against 4-4 Marquette. The Mustangs have won every game against the Lancers for the past six years.

To score a touchdown, senior wide receiver Robby Preckel runs into the endzone.

 

Junior defensive back Tim Washington intercepted the ball, then fumbled to sophomore defensive back Jeremy Williams. Senior quarterback Jack Behl then threw a pass to senior receiver Robby Preckel for the touchdown. This made the score 7-7 in the first quarter.

After Preckel runs the ball for a touchdown, senior linebacker Greg Robinson blocks a punt, recovers the ball and returns it into the endzone to make the score 20-14 with the Lancers in the lead.

Lafayette runs a flee-flicker play with a pass from Jack Behl to junior receiver Brady Micek who throws into the endzone and finds junior receiver Terance Bills to make the score 28-21 with Lafayette in the lead. Senior defensive back Drew Austermann then makes a contested interception in the endzone.

Bills makes another catch for his third touchdown of the night to bring the Lancers to their final score of 42-28.
