The Lafayette Cookie Stand will be holding its 3rd annual Cookies for a Cause fundraiser on Friday, April 6th. Last year, the Cookie Stand was able to raise over $2000 in proceeds for The Lawrence Strawbridge Foundation through the support of Lafayette’s students and staff.

Lawrence would have been 18 years old this Sunday, April 8th. To honor his memory and celebrate his birthday, the Cookie Stand will donate 100% of the proceeds made from cookie and slushie sales on Friday to his foundation.

The Cookie bags, which include 2 cookies each, and slushies are both $1. In addition, the Cookie Stand will be accepting donations throughout the day that will go directly to The Lawrence Strawbridge Foundation.

Last year, numerous teachers placed class orders for delivery to their students. Staff members who would like to pre-order a delivery for their class should contact Matt Landwehr by email before Friday the 6th. Include your room number, amount of cookies needed and what hour you would like them delivered. Payment is required on or before delivery. Cash or check is accepted. Checks should be made out to Lafayette.
