Reynolds leads field hockey to big time win
August 24, 2016
Field Hockey had an offensive explosion in their season opener at home beating Ladue 5-2. While the score was only one to nil at halftime, the Lancers came out firing on all cylinders in the second half, led by senior Mary Reynolds who had three goals in the contest against the Rams.
When asked about her feelings on the victory senior Anna Savala said, “We were the better team, and we went out there and did what we were supposed to do.” Decisive words about a decisive win.
Catch the field hockey team in action next at home against the Rockwood Summit Falcons on Wednesday, August 24. Game time is set for 4:15 p.m. Hope to see you there!
