Lafayette not only managed to win, but they did so in convincing fashion beating Mehlville 168-225 with 57 less total strokes and beating Parkway North 160-207 for a total of 47 less strokes.

Lafayette’s first contest which was at Links at Dardenne is a par 36. Lafayette’s Mindy Hennrich, senior, had a very good showing hitting two over par with a score of 38 compared to Mehlville’s best player who had a score of 50 for a difference of 12 between those two players alone.

Once again, Lafayette came out on top against Parkway North after their contest at Forest Hills, a par 30 course. Lafayette’s best score came from Anika Pulumati, sophomore, who had a score of 38, compared to Parkway North’s best who shot a score of 44 good for a 6 point difference between the two.

The Lafayette girls golf team will look to keep up their dominant performance as they continue the rest of their season in search for a State championship.
