April 18, 2023
Located in Chesterfield, Hitea is an aesthetic eatery that has been open since 2019. The internal setting of the restaurant contains many plants surrounding tables, flower vines hanging across the roof, light-up boards on the wall, cute plushies scattered throughout the area, toy machines with surprises and the most iconic of all, a large pink butterfly mural on of the walls.
They have a menu that features many dishes that are compatible with non-vegetarians, but not a very diverse palette for those who are vegetarians and vegan. Some of their delicious items range from rice bowls, bento boxes, ramen, and udon noodles to their most popular item, bubble tea.
The rice bowls’ price ranges from $9.99 to $17.99, bento boxes range from $11.99 to $16.99, ramen ranges from $11.99 to $25.99, udon noodles range from $10.99 to $19.99 and the bubble tea ranges from $4.50 to $6.75.
They have a lot of bubble tea options for all types of people. Not only are there classic milk teas and fruit teas, but they also have tasteful combinations of smoothies. Their bubble tea drinks come with the option if one would like boba or not. If someone is not a fan of boba, they can always substitute it for jelly, crystal boba, pudding or anything else that interests them.
Apart from Hitea’s menu and decoration, they also play Korean pop music from their speakers. People who visit this restaurant can get exposed both to Asian food and a different music genre.
The restaurant is open from a general time of 11:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. every day. They’re also available for delivery for those who are unable to visit the restaurant.
Hitea is one of the many places located in St. Louis that is ready to offer a cultural experience to the public.
