LHS student strives to produce more positivity
Franco Noseda Olivari is a senior at LHS and is known by his peers for his positive and cheerful attitude. More specifically, Olivari is known for his Instagram account, @thedailyvida.
His Instagram account is meant to spread positivity and happiness to his followers, and originally began following a tragedy.
“My page started around my sophomore year after one of my good friends, Noah Cook, committed suicide. I noticed that there was a lot of sadness in the school, so I decided that I couldn’t just walk around the hallways with everyone just looking down at their shoes,” Olivari said.
He posts his own quotes laid on top of photos he takes himself. He wants to send his own personal message, so he produces his own content.
An example of a quote written by Olivari is, “You are the author of your own life. Don’t let others hold the pen. You decide your life.”
Olivari wants to inspire others in his own way.
“I don’t like overused quotes. I want to make something new that people have heard because if we just keep using old quotes, it doesn’t inspire them as much. My writing style is to make something different and unique that can actually uplift people,” Olivari said.
His message of positivity has had its impact on others, and he has gained a large following for his content.
“It’s amazing to me how it’s spreading because I went from 200 to 1,400 followers in about three months. The page just exploded, which is awesome,” Olivari explained.
Being able to help others, no matter who they are, is a goal for Olivari.
“I’ve had a lot of people, mainly from other schools, message me saying how I’ve inspired them and how the page is helping them,” Olivari said.
