Vallarta Mexican Restaurant seems like just a small hole in the wall, but it is actually one of Manchester Road’s best secluded restaurants. With great tacos and tasty burritos, Vallarta is hard to beat.

Vallarta offers a friendly experience and good atmosphere. Waiters know me by name and are always happy to see me come in. It feels to me less like another restaurant and more like a small escape filled with friends and tacos.

Though the atmosphere draws me in, more important is the quality of the food. Though nothing special or extravagant, Vallarta’s tacos and burritos are hard to beat. Few things can top a long day ending with a plate of delicious Mexican food.

One of my favorite reasons to visit Vallarta is their One Dollar Mondays. For one night a week, they offer beef and chicken tacos for only a dollar a pop. Looking to take advantage of the extra price cut, Monday nights usually mean Vallarta’s tables are all full with customers. If you look to take advantage of the deal, I recommend arriving before the dinner rush.
