“The Last Time I traveled internationally was when I went to Canada on Boy Scouts trip”, said Nathaniel Frederickson, junior.

Frederickson was a part of a Boy Scout crew this summer called Northern Tier. Their crew went to a Canadian National Park and camped out in the wilderness.

Some of the activities and responsibilities they had include canoeing, washing dishes and hiking. The Boy Scouts are supposed to live out in the wilderness only using basic techniques, and this goes on for a set amount of time.

“We’re out in the wilderness…We had to canoe anywhere we went since there are water routes almost everywhere you go,” Frederickson said.

There are many fun activities that they do such as fishing, camping, eating wild raspberries and more.

“I did lots of crazy adventures,” Frederickson said.
