The Lancers will race in the Stan Nelson Invitational, Sept. 9.

The Lancers will look to redeem themselves with two games this week. First, they will play at home versus Timberland Sept. 6 and then away against MICDS Sept. 7.

This is senior Amber Yin’s first year on the school’s tennis team and she expects to bring victories to the team. However, Yin is a nationally ranked tennis player and is aiming to win a State championship in her first and only high school season. “I missed the first two matches of the season since I didn’t have enough practice due to a summer tournament, but I played against Ladue for my first high school tennis match. It went pretty well as I was able to win my singles and doubles match,” Yin said.
