While this website will cost a little bit of money, it is really good at teaching you how to better manage your time. It comes with a 4 week training course or a data entry option to learn how you already handle your precious time.

Clockify is a free website that allows you to log your activities on a timesheet and see where you spend most of your time.

Toggl allows you to track your time spent on a specific subject and plan your work ahead of time, all for no cost.

My Life Organized is available on Windows, Mac, cell phones and tablets.

Focus (app) 

For $4.99 a month, the Focus app is available for all IOS devices to track and plan your time spent on tasks.
